Even if you have been huddled under a rock on the outskirts of Chula Vista.. (cha who?) you have heard that the Lakers and Kobe Bryant have one the finals. Making number 5 for Kobe and firing the conversations for comparison to the great Michael Jordan. While his accomplishments increase and the list of people who dislike Mr. Bryant grows, nothing complements greatness other than rings. Something Coach Phil Jackson may know something about improving to 48-0 when winning game 1 of a series.
While I rooted for the Celtics in these finals which were down to the wire as I expected, Kobe has proven to me that he is a phenomenal basketball player. While many may say he is the heir apparent to be the "next MJ," something I cannot seem to agree with, he has given me reason to see him succeed. Proving time and time again his greatness by making impossible shot after impossible shot against the hard-nosed Celtic's defense. Despite going 6-24 from the field, Bryant was able to lead his team and overcome the deficit to beat the Celtics for back to back finals victories. So I would like to congratulate Kobe Bryant and the Fakers, I mean Lakers on their championship.

Smushing
(better known as cramming)
Why do we cram? To fill our head with useless facts and knowledge about a subject for a certain amount of time to pass a test. Then you probably saying, "well you should study then you wouldn't have to cram." If I didnt study I wouldnt cram. Cramming to me is studying but at shorter intervals. I dont understand why we force ourselves to learn information that we wont use prior to the date of the test.

Sometimes it feels if I disappear things would be for the better. It always seems as if my best is not good enough for anyone, no matter what I did people would always find something wrong with it. Should I care about what people think about me, should I care that no one would agree with the things I do or the way I do them. Sometimes I feel as if im a waste of space because I could never please people. But why should I worry about pleasing anybody other than myself. No matter how bad things looked or how bad I may feel about a situation I have to remind myself that no one will care for you like the way you care for yourself. Is it because I alienate myself from society? No. Its because society is boxed in and I choose to live outside the box. People call me weird, people call me strange, but as I mature as a person and learn things about the world I really could give a fuck about what another person thinks of me because at the end of the day what they say doesnt matter. At the end of the day, what is done is done. And at the end of the day I am me.
