Balance of the Powers

I haven't wrote a blog in ages.. but I decided to go ahead and end the year with one.

This blog was inspired by someone, a good friend.

As we wake every morning and look in the mirror, we see this image
An image we hold highly, because most people hold themselves highly, or at least they should..
Anyways in your life you search for a person that is compatible with you the most. This is where this image that you see yourself comes in. If you see yourself as a person of high rank, then you will pursue persons of high rank, and vice-versa. Most people are not able to be real with themselves so they really don't know what they are looking for.

Just like when you looking for the perfect car, or perfect house you start from the outside in. You look at exterior beauty and the frame of the body. Everyone wants someone who is physically attractive but looks are only the first piece of the puzzle and the easiest to put together. Some people get so caught on the outer beauty of a person or thing that they fail to see the inner workings of their soul. From experience I can say that most pretty females are bird brains. I said most because I have found a select few, who disproves this theory. But once you attract a person physically you pass the first stage, which moves to the second stage of connectivity.

Connections help keep things together, the stronger the connections the stronger the bonds built. Through these connections people connect through the body, the mind and the soul. Many people build connections from simple things like favorite shows, music, favorite hobbies or other things of this nature. Some people build connections off much more complex things such as the workings of the mind or interest in certain cultures. There are also connections that are built from the same beliefs.

After the foundations of a relationship are laid you build up on the specifics.. such as humor, trust, sense (common, street and book). [I borrowed that] Everyone loves a good laugh, and laughter keeps a person stable, while trust keeps the relationship going. Trust is the hardest of all of the elements in a relationship, which is why it is just touched in this stage and not fully developed until later in the relationship. This is a critical stage when chemistry must be formed. Spending too much time with a person can ruin chemistry the same way as not spending enough time with a person. Chemistry is important for many things but it is extremely important for spontaneity. Keeping a person on their toes keeps the relationship interesting.

When you get to a point where you and a person of the opposite sex click, that is when your minds connect. This is what separates many people, the ability to recognize these connections and moments when you click. There are times when you may think you click with a certain person and come to realize that you really didn't. These tests build character, improve characteristics and make you a better person.

As you read this, take in my thoughts, be open to them. Being closed minded only keeps you inside the box.
